MCC, Muhibah Dance Rehearsals
All Leos and probationers who are involved in the Muhibah Dance Performance for the upcoming Joint Musical Charity Concert, please be informed that there will be dance rehearsals during the Chinese New Year Holidays.
Rehearsal Details:
Date : 17th Feb 2010 (Wed), 18th Feb 2010 (Thur), 19th Feb 2010 (Fri)
Time : 8am-10am, on all three days
Venue : School Cafeteria
Attire : School/Leo t-shirt with jeans or shorts.
If you are reading this post and you doubt your other dancing partners/friends know about the rehearsals, kindly inform them. Attendance is compulsory for all dancers on all 3 days. If you can't make it for rehearsals, please call Leo Sharvani or Leo Shereen Raj to explain your reason.
Dancers who do not come for atleast 2 practices without an appropriate reason and a proper letter, will not be allowed to perform for MCC. It's gonna be 3 days of intense training because MCC is just around the corner. So please be there :)

General Meeting
Please be informed that there will be no Leo Meeting this Friday (12th Feb 2010).
Probationing period! (Leos and cubs system)
To all the Leos who have been assigned a cub/probationer, please start writing letters to them. Don't make the poor girls wait for too long. MAKE SURE YOUR FIRST LETTERS ARE POSTED OUT TO YOUR CUBS BY THIS WEEK!! The Leos and cubs with the most letters at the end of this probationing period will be awarded the BEST MANITO and the BEST CUB OF THE YEAR title! So Leos, grab this opportunity to shine and stand out amongst the other Leos by guiding and teaching your Cub about LEO. The probationers on the other hand, this is your chance to impress us Leos and show us what you've got to contribute to the club as a committed member :D
Chinese New Year Project!!
We are in need of your help to print out CNY tags and laminate them. Project points will be awarded to all you kind souls :) CNY is this Saturday. So if interested to help, you gotta see Leo Shereen Raj (5 Sc 2), as soon as possible, by Thursday. Give her your name and email address so she can email you the tags that needs to be printed and laminated.
Musical Charity Concert Banner
Please volunteer to stayback on any one of the days this week, from 1.30pm-3.30pm to help paint the MCC BANNER. We'll be painting in one of the senior block classes. If you are staying back, please call up Leo Sharvani (5 Sc 3), one day before and inform her incase she decides to paint somewhere else in the school area. Project points will be awarded to those who stayback more than once to help out!
Musical Charity Concert Performance (MUHIBAH DANCE)
We are still looking for Leos and probationers who would like to join the 3 different types of cultural dance. 10 Leos/probates per cultural dance. It's the one and only, "all Assuntarians" performance on the concert night. So, if you don't grab this opportunity, it's your lost. Performers are given a discount on the ticket price. If interested, give your names to Leo Sharvani or Leo Shereen Raj by this week.
If you are wondering what the Musical Charity Concert is all about, here's a brief explanation:
A jointly organized Charity Concert by 13 different Leo Clubs of District 308B1 and 308B2.
A night of exclusive and amazing performances by Leos all around the city. All proceeds from this Concert will be donated to the BREAST CANCER ASSOCIATION, MALAYSIA.
Details:
Date: 27th February 2010, Saturday
Venue : Taylor's College (Main Campus), Subang
Time : 2pm-5pm
Theme : THE REVIVAL; A NEW CHAPTER, A NEW BEGINNING!
Dresscode: Semi Formal

Photography Session!!
Hi Leos!
I know you guys are excited about the photography session and all, but while practising your smile infront of the mirror and cracking your head on how to pose for the candid shot, please also remember to do the following:
1. Bring your FULL LEO UNIFORM and COURT SHOES to school tomorrow (2nd February)
2. Remove all the badges on your vest/blazer except for your LEO NAMETAG(S) and COLLAR BADGE/ EMBLEM.
3. Make sure you look neat and tidy for the picture. Pin up all unnecessary fringes. Button up your sleeves and wear proper, covered court shoes.
Our photo slot is at 11.30am in the hall. So, please change and be at the hall by 11.20am. Late comers will not be entertained.
Please note that if you do not abide by the dresscode above, you will not be allowed to be in the picture.
