On the 3rd of January 2014, the Leo Club of SMK Assunta gave out Famous Amos jelly pops to the teachers and the school staff as Christmas and New Year gifts. The gifts were prepared a week before school started.
We spent about 3 hours tying ribbons onto the jelly pops and sticking labels to them. With the help of a few Leos, the gifts were given out to the teachers and school staff quickly. They really liked how the jelly pops were decorated. The smiles on the teachers and school staffs’ faces when they received the gifts made us feel that our hard work was worth it.
