VISIT TO BLIND SCHOOL!

Leos & Probationers, this is a project that promotes SIGHT AWARENESS. Our very own visit to the BLIND SCHOOL! :D

Details of the project:

Date: 3rd April 2010 (Saturday)

Time: 10am-3.30pm

Venue: Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Pendidikan Khas, Setapak.

Fee: RM 5 (bus fare)

Description:
Special School for children age 13 - 19 years with blindness / visual impairment. Has a student hostel.

Project Agenda:

10am - Meet up at school and board the bus.

11am - Arrival at SMK Pendidikan Khas,Setapak

- Briefing by Organizing committee

- Cleaning up the school compound.

- Break (20 mins)

- Bonding session with the Blind students.

- Braille session

- Group photo

2.30pm - Departure from SMK Pendidikan Khas, Setapak

3.30pm - Arrival at Assunta Secodary school.

We need your kind donations

Leos & probates we need donations in the form of food stuff to be brought along to the Blind School during our visit.

So, if you donate any of the following food items, you will be awarded a project point! If you can't attend this project but you would like to donate, please pass your donations to one of the committee members on the 2nd of April.

-A tin of BISCUITS

-A loaf of BREAD

-A packet of fruit/banana/any other type of CAKE

-Fruits, 5 each (5 apples/ a banana/ 5 oranges/ 5 pears etc.)
