IU UPDATES!!

Leos, TAKE NOTE! our much awaited IU IS TOMORROW!!

1. All of you are required to be at the hall at sharp 12.50pm. Mark your attendance at the registration table (Look for Karen Kaur). You will be considered absent from IU if your attendance is not marked.

2. Once at the hall, if you are performing, go and get changed, put on make up and get READY.

3. If you are ushering/helping with security/food fair/registration, etc. please quickly change into your IU T-SHIRT and LEO SKIRT. Wear School shoes!! Once you have changed, quickly proceed to your respective stations by 1.10pm

4. Performers are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED to walk out of the dressing room and loiter around after you have changed into your costumes, unless you are asked to, by the committee members! Any performers who are found walking around the school with their costumes will be fined.

5. Any Leos, besides performers who do not abide by the dress code, will be fined!

6. Leos who are helping Michelle with the FOOD FAIR, please be at the canteen from the beginning till the end of IU unless you are told by Michelle to leave to the hall.

7. Leos who have not bought your IU T-SHIRTS, come and get it from Leo Danielle first thing tomorrow morning. Small sizes are selling fast!!

8. Performers MUST CHANGE into your IU T-SHIRT and LEO SKIRT after your performance is over!! No one is allowed to walk around with your performance costumes during the food fair.

9. Shereen, Lilian, Lin Rui, Leya and Shivania are the only ones who are allowed to stay in their HAITI costumes throughout the IU.

10. Leya and Shivania, you must be ready and standing by the Registration table/ Exhibition Board at the covered way, by 12.50pm. If possible start getting ready 30 mins before school ends.

11. Karen and all those who are helping with REGISTRATION, the moment you come to the hall, carry a total of 6 tables and chairs to the covered way opposite gate B. Change only after you have set up the tables. Tables should be set up by 12.50pm.

12. Danielle and Sharvani, please prepare 2 tables outside the hall, at the entrance for merchandises (badges, t-shirts & flags)

11. All Leos are required to stay back till 6pm to help clean up the hall, dressing room and the canteen.

12. Lastly, Leos please behave alright. Be in your best behaviour and show our guest how to ROCK an IU!

IU ONLY COMES ONCE A YEAR, SO WE GOTTA ROCK IT. FOR REAL! :D
