The Leos arranged the chairs that were already stacked at the side of the gallery. After arranging all the chairs in rows of 12, there weren’t enough. So, the Leos had to take 60 more chairs all the way from the hall. Approximately 400 chairs were arranged in the gallery. A few extra chairs were kept behind the hall just in case more chairs will be needed on the day of the concert.
After that, some of the Leos also helped out by carrying boxes up to the gallery. The band members as well as the teacher’s were really grateful for all our help that day. The Leos were completely exhausted yet happy that we were able to do a good deed by giving a helping hand to the Assunta Symphonic Band. This project wouldn’t have been a success if it wasn’t for the coorperation and the teamwork that all the Leos had that day.
