On the 22nd of August 2015, 8 Leos from the Leo Club of SMK Assunta participated in the Leo Quidditch Tournament held at the USJ 11/5 field, Subang Jaya. The tournament was organised by the Leo Club of Sri Kuala Lumpur. The main purpose of the event was to raise funds for the Woman's Aid Organization (WAO) and to spread awareness about gender equality. The Leos were broken up into twelve teams. At the end of the tournament, Team McGonagall won 3rd place, Team Snape won the 2nd and finally, Team Potter took the 1st place and medals were given out to the winning teams. There was also a booth set up by the WAO to give out pamphlets with information about the WAO. Many experiences and memories were made throughout the whole event and overall, it was a fun yet tiring event. Thank you and congratulations to the Leo Club of Sri Kuala Lumpur for organizing this amazing event. ROAR!
