I hope everyone is aware that it's really ReAlLy REALLY important for all of you to sign up early for the following upcoming projects.
According to the rules, it's compulsory to get PPD's (Pejabat Pelajaran Daerah) permission for any activities that are held outside the school and all the details are to be sent in 5 weeks before the activity is carried out. This is especially important as we need to send in our members' details.
If we failed to meet the criteria, there's no other choice but to cancel the activities. So Leos we need your help! Fill in the details required asap once the notice is on the board! Make an effort to read our board everyday before/during/after recess!
1) We Care Trip
Date: 31/7/09 ( next Friday)
Time: 1.00-3.00 pm
Venue: Sri Setia Old Folks Home, Sungai Way
Projects: 2 soaps 1 project, 2 good morning towels 1 project
Reminder:
- Gather at the bus stop at 1.00 pm, we are leaving around 1.10pm.
- Bring anything necessary to make cards to the old folks, do not come empty handed.
- Those who didn't sign up for this trip but wish to bring soaps and towels, project points will still be given. Hand it to Pei Lim, 4Sc1, before Friday.
- Permission slips will be distributed on Monday, please get your parent's signature and hand it back on Wednesday.
2) LEO Games
Date: 21/8/09 (Friday)
Time: 1.30-3.00pm
Venue: School field
Basically, this is a project where we invite the kids to come to our school and we entertain them with games. If you are interested in helping out in the games / you have any interesting games please let me know =)

The time is yet to be confirmed but it's from morning to afternoon. Now I need the list of Leos who's interested in joining. Forms will be up on the board on Monday.
Form 3 Leos, it's after your PMR! So join! It's O.K if you can't make it due to sudden changes, all you have to do is to find a replacement. If you really couldn't find anyone then we'll help you with it.
