LEO ORIENTATION CAMP 2009

Enclosed herewith is a set of Official Registration Form for the LEO ORIENTAION CAMP 2009, to be held in S.R.J.K(C) Yuk Chai, Petaling Jaya from 29th August 2009 to 31st August 2009.

Registration for Leo is RM 30.00 per person; inclusive of 2 nights accommodation, 2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, 2 dinners & Insurance.

Registration form for the camp will be distributed to Leo club’s presidents by 8 August 2009.

There are only 20 spots open so, it is basically first come first serve basis!
