Report on Malaysia Day Video

On the 16th of September, a Malaysia Day video was posted by the Leo Club of SMK Assunta . The videos were filmed by four of our Leo members, Leo Shangeetha, Leo Sharon, Leo Kashmeera and Leo Chloe. They filmed many students as well as the teachers and staff from SMK Assunta to talk about the topic ‘Why Malaysians love Malaysia’ , ‘What makes you Malaysian’ and ‘What do you think of Malaysia’. They were also able to get a few people from overseas to help film for the video to say the line, “Excuse me Sir/Miss, you Malaysian is showing”, as well as one of the guest performers from the Leo Club of SMK Assunta’s 42nd Installation to share why he loves Malaysia .

These Leo members were able to put in their hard work to finish filming in one week. The editing, translating, designs and putting the video together were done by Leo Lakshmi, Leo Melissa, Leo Renugaa and Leo Daphne. It was a good experience in the process of doing this video and also nice to see the positive views of the people who were filmed to talk about our home, Malaysia.

We appreciate those who cooperated with us in doing this video. The video was posted on Youtube, Twitter and Facebook with the title “Leo SMK Assunta's Malaysia Day Special: We Malaysian Loh!”. A good job done to these Leos for working together to put up this video.
