Leo Ultimate Charity Tournament Season 3, 2014

     On the 28th June of 2014, Leo club of SMK Assunta had attended an event organized by the Leo club of Petaling Jaya Integrity (O) called Leo Ultimate Charity Tournament (LUCT) Season 3, 2014. This event was held in SMK Assunta's field. The event started at 7am and ended at 7pm. 7 Leos from our club took part in this event.

     The Leo clubs that were also part of this event was, SMK Assunta, Petaling Jaya Integrity (O), SMK La Salle PJ, SMK Subang Utama, Methodist College Kuala Lumpur, SMK Taman Petaling, SMK Taman Sea, SMK USJ 8 and SMK Damansara Jaya.

     The event started off with everyone going off to their respective team. There were 8 teams in total. Each team had a total of at least 10 people. From there, each team captain did some warm ups with the members and explained the rules and regulations of the game.

     Each game was 10 minutes per half with 5 minutes of half time. Each team got a chance to play against each other.

     We had some chicken rice and drinks that provided by Gongcha during lunch break. The semifinal and final match was next for those top 2 teams who could proceed. The semifinal and final match was 15 minutes per half with 5 minutes of half time.

     Top 2 teams of each group proceeded to the Winner's pool (Pool A) while the bottom 2 team of each group proceeded to the Loser's pool (Pool B). For their semifinal game and final game.

     The champion team for Pool B was the green team and the champion team for Pool A was the navy blue team.

     The event showed such great sportsmanship as after every game, both team would huddle up in a circle and the team captain would say something about the game and have three cheers for the team. This event has a friendly surrounding.It was a great experience for everyone and the event was a great success. We hope that next year's LUCT event would be as fun as this year's.
