On the 10th August 2012, the Leo Club of SMK

Saving the World, One Roar at a time’. The event was held in the school hall
and several Leo Clubs and Interact Clubs were invited to the prestigious event.
Registration started at 1:30 p.m., and soon after the event began at 2:00p.m.
Emcees for the day were Leo Hui Kay and Leo Azarelle. The
meeting was called to order by the outgoing President, Leo Desiree Charmaine

Soon after, it was time for the induction of the new members
and installation of the board of Directors of 2012/2013. After that, the newly

After her speech, Membership and Appreciation Certificates were given to the

At 4:00 p.m., performances were made by local talent, Amanda
Charmaine, followed by an acoustic performance by the club’s own Leo Margaret,
Leo Teresa Tan, Leo Ruby Wong, and Leo Tengku Hadhira. A video presentation was
shown to the audience featuring the Board of Directors of 2012/2013 donning
heroic costumes while trying to look or act heroically in a comedic fashion.
Another part of the video features the board acting as the Board of Directors
of 2011/2012, thanking them for their hard work and contributions for the club.
Finally, the new Board of Directors performed a short
sketch. At the end of the sketch, a ‘flashmob’ is performed by the newly
installed Leos. Soon, Leo Kendra adjourned the meeting and everyone went to the
