A Report on the PJI Installation

On the 30th of July, 5 leos from Assunta Secondary School attended the annual installation of the Leo Club of Petaling Jaya Intergrity. The event was held in Sjk© Yuk Chai. At around 1.30pm, the leos reached the venue and were ready to enter the auditorium .

Firstly,we said our pledge dictated by Leo Andrew Yeong and which was followed by the roll call . After that, the Lions delivered their speeches. Here comes the part that everyone was waiting for , the giving of name tags to the incoming and certificates to the outgoing board. Next on, was a singing performance by a Leo, followed by a performance by the PJI leos with a dance group entitled CT5, bringing the meaning ‘cutified’. Before they had their performance, a slide show presentation was shown.

After the singing and dancing performances, another dance performance was performed by the incoming PJI. All the performances were really great. At around 4.30p.m, the event adjourned and we had our refreshments in the canteen and then the others went home.
