A Report on Mission Leo Possible

Mission Leo Possible was held on the 10th of March. This event was a joint project with our sister clubs. Everyone was told to meet up at the Taman Tun Park. As soon as we got there, we were given a T-shirt to change into. Each group consisted of 5 members which were then broken up into groups of two's and three's. The pair had to solve a puzzle which would reveal the name of the orphanage (Agathian's Shelter Home). It was very confusing and to me involved professional origami work. On the other hand, the three remaining members had to go around the park to find clues on the ingredients of the sandwiches they had to make. Once the teams had made the sandwiches, they had to sell them to people who were in the park. That wasn’t easy because many people in the park had already bought sandwiches from other teams. After selling all the sandwiches, an auction was held. Using the money that each group had collected from the sales of the sandwiches, they bid the money on ang pao packets with an unknown amount of money in it. All groups depended on luck to get ang pao packets with lots of money in it. Later, using the money that each group had acquired, they parted ways to the supermarket to buy things for the orphanage home. The items were stated on a list. After buying all the items on the list , each team made their way to the orphanage. When they got there, all the items that were bought was put on a table in the orphanage. After that, lunch was served. Once everyone had lunch, there were some activities for the kids such as, decorating cupcakes which the kids enjoyed. Lastly, speeches were given by the Lions, followed by the prize giving. All in all, it was a tiring but fun and unforgettable day.
